BTH Solid Trust The service was very satisfying, never met the admin, never met, only communicated via WA, only accompanied by the driver during the trip in Bali but the service remained maximal. Punctual driver, provides detailed information at every destination, very useful for first-time visitors to Bali.

Vacation Feels Like Ovis Crossroads The holiday experience with Bali Top Holiday was very enjoyable! From beginning to end of the journey, everything went smoothly. The service is friendly, the communication is easy, and the itinerary provided is also very helpful so that we can enjoy the vacation without having to arrange everything ourselves. The tour guide was also very professional, friendly, and informative during the trip. The places visited were according to plan and all felt comfortable. Thank you Bali Top Holiday for helping make our vacation in Bali a memorable experience. Bali Top Holiday will definitely be our choice again for the next vacation! 🏝️✨ Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Family trip Bali-Nusa Penida One day before, I bought a 6-day trip package for my sibling from China. Actually, I ordered quite suddenly, only one day before the trip, but I commend them because they were still able to handle everything well and quickly. In my opinion, the package price is also quite reasonable and the service is very flexible. The existing itinerary can still be adjusted. If anything is missing, we can request additional destinations or restaurants according to your wishes. Like yesterday, I request to add a trip to Nusa Penida, including Kelingking Beach and several other beaches. For culinary, I also request to eat at Menega Café Jimbaran and the next day eat at Naughty Nuri’s. All those requests can be helped and managed well. I also request a tour guide who can speak Mandarin, so my relative's trip from China will be much more comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied. Even though the booking was last minute, from the itinerary, destinations, culinary, to the tour guide, everything could be handled well and professionally. That is what I appreciate the most. Highly recommended! Cool 👍🏻

Well organised and highly recommended We had a really great experience with Bali Top Holiday during our recent family trip to Bali. A special mention to Pak Made, who was such a responsible and caring driver/guide. He was always helpful, patient and informative. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the trip. The Bali Top Holiday team was also very helpful from the beginning. I had customised some of our tours and made a few requests to the itinerary and they were very accommodating and did their best to arrange everything for us. They made sure that we had arrived back home safely as well. Everything was organised smoothly, which made our holiday much less stressful. We really appreciated the good service and the effort they put into making sure we had a good time. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a safe, reliable and hassle-free tour service in Bali. Would be happy to use them again on our next trip to Bali!
